Coax Adapter國道3號苗栗苑里段驚傳追撞車禍！今（5）日上午8時許，有輛自小客車行經南巷156公里處時，因不明原因猛力撞上前方施工緩撞車，未料事故發生後，後方另輛自小客反應不及再度追撞，打橫停駛在車道上，現場2輛小客車與緩撞車撞成團。當時屬於上班交通尖峰時段，造成後方車流回堵約1公里，至於事故發生詳情有待警方進一步釐清。
